• Registrar Credentials: Your OnlineNIC customer ID/password, GoDaddy API Key/Secret, or ResellerClub credentials. These are encrypted using Windows DPAPI and stored solely on your local hard drive.
• Domain Target Queries: The domain names you search, monitor, or register. Your domain portfolio strategies remain 100% private to you.
• Runtime Telemetry or Activity Logs: The software does not transmit background analytics, activity feeds, or usage telemetry back to our servers while running.

3. Information We Collect on Our Website

When you visit domaincatchpro.com or purchase a license, the following information is collected:

A. Order & Billing Data (via Merchant of Record)

Commercial transactions are processed through our authorized Merchant of Record (such as Gumroad, Paddle, or FastSpring). When completing a purchase, you provide:

• Full name and email address (for order confirmation, license key delivery, and receipts).
• Billing country, postal code, and payment method details.

Note: We do not store or process raw credit card numbers or banking credentials on our web servers. All payment handling is conducted by our PCI-DSS compliant Merchant of Record.

B. Machine Identifier (Machine ID)

To generate your cryptographic node-locked Pro license key, you submit a 16-character hardware identifier (Machine ID) generated by the desktop software on your physical computer. This identifier is derived from a one-way cryptographic SHA-256 hash of standard hardware components and contains no personal data. We store this Machine ID alongside your license key to verify ownership if you request license recovery or transfer.

C. Technical & Diagnostic Web Logs

Like virtually all websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records basic HTTP access logs (including your IP address, browser user-agent, operating system, and timestamp) solely for security monitoring, DDoS prevention, and diagnosing server issues.

4. How We Use Your Information

Information collected is utilized strictly for the following purposes:

1. License Key Generation & Delivery: To generate your unique cryptographic Pro license key and transmit it to your email address.
2. Customer Support & Machine Migration: To assist you with license reactivation if you upgrade or replace your physical computer.

5. Offline License Validation ("No Phone-Home")

Once you enter your cryptographic Pro license key into the desktop application, the key is validated mathematically and stored locally. The software operates 100% offline:

• The desktop application does not dial back to our servers upon launch.
• No recurring cloud check-in or persistent connection to DomainCatchPro servers is required to keep your Pro license activated.
• Your software continues to function even in air-gapped or firewall-restricted network environments, needing only direct internet access to your chosen registrar's API endpoints.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted, industry-standard service providers strictly to facilitate website operation and commercial transactions:

• Authorized Merchant of Record: Facilitates secure global checkout, payment processing, tax/VAT compliance, and automated invoicing. Payment and billing details are governed directly by the Merchant of Record's privacy policy.
• Web Hosting & Content Delivery: Provides reliable global website hosting, SSL/TLS encryption, and security mitigation.
• Transactional Email Services: Dispatches your order confirmation and license key to your designated email address.

We do never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your information to third parties or advertising data brokers.

We employ robust administrative and technical security measures—including TLS 1.3 encryption for all web communications—to safeguard your purchase records. License keys and Machine IDs are retained for the lifetime of the product to ensure ongoing support and re-issuance upon request.
